- If an event is cancelled, you will be refunded for the ticket price, minus shipping charges.
- Basketball Tickets may be above or below face value.
- Basketball Tickets may not ship immediately, but are guaranteed to be delivered in time for the event.
- All sales are final; there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
- If an event is postponed, your tickets will be viable for the date of the postponement. (No refunds are issued for postponed events.)
- Your order is considered a request until it is officially accepted and confirmed by the ticket seller, after which our order guarantees take effect.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, FedEx delivery mistakes, ticket seller malfeasance, travel expenses, nor any situations caused by third parties and/or weather and/or acts of God.
