The Dallas Wings are a professional women’s basketball team based in Arlington, Texas. The team was established in 2016, originally as the Tulsa Shock before relocating to Dallas. The Wings compete in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).
The team has yet to win a WNBA Championship. The Dallas Wings play their home games at the College Park Center, which is located on the campus of the University of Texas at Arlington. Known for their competitive play, the Wings have been a notable team in the WNBA since their relocation.
Paige Bueckers, UConn national champion guard wasselected No. 1 overall by Dallas Wings in WNBA draft. After winning her first NCAA women’s basketball title at the University of Connecticut, superstar guard Paige Bueckers was selected No. 1 overall by the Dallas Wings.
